Shopping List

  • 250g diced chicken (thighs are best) or use diced firm tofu for a veg version (following the same cooking instructions)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions - cut into 2cm lengths
  • 300g approx. bag of stir-fry veg or use a mix of beansprouts, thinly sliced peppers and sugarsnap peas
  • 20g bunch of basil or Thai basil - leaves picked
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 1 lime (plus extra wedges to serve if you prefer!)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce or use soy sauce (any type)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 150g dried spaghetti or linguine

Goes Great With

Adding a few chopped Thai birdseye chillies for even more heat!
