This sauce is a combination of both sides of the Mediterranean Sea. The mayonnaise is inspired by the garlic aioli sauces of France and Spain, mixed with the yogurt of the Eastern Mediterranean which adds a lovely freshness and acidity to this rather moreish sauce - perfect with kebabs and salad, or even to dip your chips in!
