  • 500g diced beef
  • 1 large onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 2 tsp
  • 2 bananas - thickly sliced (optional)
  • 200g frozen mixed veg (carrots, peas, sweetcorn etc)
  • 25g desiccated coconut (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
