Autumn Fruit Tagine

This month we’re celebrating harvest with a sweet and fragrant fruit tagine. You can use any mix of apples, pears or even quince (although quince may take longer to cook) - the combination of the fruit with the spices, sugar and butter gives a lovely rich flavour as well as filling the kitchen with wonderful smells as it cooks!

A new family favourite! The children were perplexed when I told them we'd be having apples and pears for tea - but they loved it! The chicken is wonderfully flavoured! Thank you Spicery
