Bangladeshi Fish Curry

Hot and spicy fish curries are extremely popular in Bangladesh, where they’re eaten almost every day!

They usually contain mustard oil and homemade mustard paste, but Dijon mustard makes a really good substitute to add subtle heat and depth to this simple dish.
