I made 2 pots of mustard using both brown and yellow seeds together. My word - I hadn’t fully appreciated how good mustard could taste as I’d always bought ready-made. The recipe is called Honey-Beer Mustard and it is on Mike Hultquists site which is all about Chilli Pepper Madness. Thanks to The Spicery for stocking such good mustard seeds I was able to make the discovery. THE SPICERY is my go-to for spices, seeds etc. Such great products and service
