We had the bezirgani and the white bean and almond dip with chilli oil as a starter before we went on to some original mezze cookbook favourites for mains and sweet. These dips are superb. They complement one another perfectly and you can make them well ahead of time. Thank you guys. These were remarkably simple to make and tasted truly legendary.

Nice book but nowhere near as good as the curry legends, lots of dips and salads
