Carrots with Honey & Dukkah

Dukkah is an Egyptian seasoning made from chopped roasted nuts and seeds, spices and salt. It’s a lovely mix of crunchy textures, nutty flavours and earthy spices that can be used as seasoning for bread (dip bread in olive oil then the dukkah), sprinkled over salads or dips, or here as a delicious topping for veg.
