The Chipotle Blend is the slightly hotter of our two Taco Legend chilli blends, so if you're cooking for children or a more sensitive palate, this is the one to cut back slightly on (not TOO much, though, as you still want to retain that lovely deep, smoky flavour!) In the blend intense, smoky Chipotle chilli is combined with a little pimentón for extra colour and to lengthen the flavour without adding too much heat, as well as toasted Pasilla chilli (Chile Negro) to give a dark, slightly bitter liquorice note, and green Jalapeño powder for a touch of heat and a fresher, herbal element.
