Cincinnati Five Way Chilli

Five way chilli is the invention of Macedonian immigrants who adapted a Greek stew, retaining key spices such as cinnamon and allspice, but also adding chilli powder and serving it over spaghetti. The chilli can be customised in five ‘ways’ with added beans, cheese, tomato, sour cream and diced onion.
