This is the Mexican version of a favourite starter from the 1970's! All the main components are here - juicy prawns, a tangy mayonnaise based sauce served on top of crunchy lettuce - with the addition of some spicy Mexican flavours. It's perfect served with tortilla chips on the side in place of buttered brown bread!
