From the herb-scented curries of the Caribbean and the mild curries of Mauritius, to the Mamak stalls of Malaysia, the Katsu curries of Japan, the fragrant curries of Northern Thailand, and South African Bunny Chow - we've explored the world and discovered that everyone loves a good curry!

A centuries-long combination of trade, migration and the sheer deliciousness of Indian food has meant that the whole world now loves curry and has their own unique way of making it! Interestingly, despite these local differences, many of these curries share a common DNA in terms of the spices used to flavour them, so it's easy to recreate them with the same special 4 Curry Legend blends.
