Frikkadel Curry

Frikkadel are an Afrikaans meatball of Dutch origin that use bread and milk as binding agents to create a fantastically soft texture.

They’re highly seasoned with spices and herbs and can be eaten simply fried or baked, or as here simmered in a spicy curry sauce
