Gozleme

Gozleme

Gozleme are a delicious cross between a stuffed bread and a pancake, and are massively popular in Turkey. They can be plain or filled (sometimes with lamb or veg, but most commonly with spinach and cheese), and can be eaten as a meal in their own right or as a side dish as part of a bigger spread.
