  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or use 1 extra tsp vinegar)
  • 50g sweet pickled peppers (e.g Peppadew) or use roasted peppers
  • 4 slices of bread (any type)
