The Habanero chilli is breathtakingly hot but also has a delicious, fresh fruity flavour. Use with caution, be sure to wash your hands carefully after handling the chilli. We've heard of people rubbing their hands with a thin layer of olive oil to form an impenetrable barrier for the chilli oils before being washed off with soapy water - this may be worth a try, or just use a teaspoon!
