The sweet flavour of beetroot works really well with spices, and here we're combining the Mezze Legend blends with honey to create a sticky, spicy crust for some simply roasted beetroot. It makes an easy and delicious side dish, and the flavour contrasts are just as spectacular as the colour contrasts!

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10g bunch of parsley or mint (optional)
  • ½ lemon
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp good quality olive oil
