We’ve roasted cumin and coriander for our Kammun blend - an important process, as it deepens and darkens the flavour of the seeds to give a stronger and more savoury taste. To balance this earthiness, we’ve added caraway, fenugreek and fennel for fragrance, sweetness and nuttiness.
