Karē Yakisoba

Yakisoba is Japan's answer to chow mein - a jumble of pork, noodles and vegetables coated in a flavoursome sauce and traditionally cooked on a Japanese iron griddle known as a 'teppan'. This popular curried version is originally from a town called Miyazu on Japan's main island, Honshu.
