Khatta Meetha Kaddu

This dish of Punjabi origin is quite literally named - khatta means sour, meetha means sweet and kaddu means pumpkin.

Traditionally made with tamarind, we’re using lemon here to provide the tanginess which perfectly balances the sweetness of the pumpkin.
