Shopping List

  • 100ml milk (any type)
  • 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 150g cheese (any type is fine, including bits of rind!) - coarsely grated or crumbled
  • 300g plain flour or bread flour (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dried yeast (a standard-size sachet)
  • 10g butter for buttering the breads
