  • 100g chorizo or smoked sausage or 3 rashers of smoked bacon
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger to make 1 tbsp
  • 2 green chillies
  • 25g bunch of coriander
  • ½ lime or lemon
  • 400g tin of tomatoes
  • 400g tin of kidney beans
