Mangonada Granita

A mangonada is a frozen mango puree, coloured and flavoured with chamoy - a chilli and fruit paste based on a pickled dried fruit preparation thought to have originated in the Philippines. The mix of salty, spicy, sour and sweet flavours is initially very unfamiliar, but quickly becomes incredibly moreish!
