Merguez Kebab

Merguez is a lamb or beef sausage from North Africa that's also become very popular in France in recent decades. It’s heavily seasoned with cumin, caraway and red pepper, and this homemade version is a great one to serve as a kebab with salad and pitta, chips, or even mash and gravy for a Mezze Legend twist on sausage and mash!

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 chillies (any colour)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 20g breadcrumbs
