These is such a versatile set. Combined with the book, the recipes are easy to follow and are met with success each time which is so encouraging. I have just ordered a refill due to using up my first lot. I especially like the alternative ingredient suggestions, particularly with vegetables as it means you can usually use up what you have and/or adapt to what is available seasonally.

As fresh and aromatic as ever A cornerstone to my cooking
For a Syrian individual who is living in the UK, I miss a lot of my mum's home cooked recipes. The Mezze kit has brought home closer to me with such authentic flavours, I find myself using the spices in recipes outside the cookbook and they work beautifully. I can see myself a repeat purchases already on the refills. I have also tried the Mexican kit before the Mezze kit and that did not disappoint either!
