Shopping List

  • 500g lamb or beef mince (higher fat content is best) or use 300g veggie mince (results in the same volume when cooked) plus 2 extra eggs and 1 tbsp flour to bind together
  • 1 large onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 10g bunch of parsley - roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 eggs (any size)
  • 250ml milk
  • 155g plain flour
  • 1 stock cube (any type)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • Mash and greens to serve

BIBER BLEND: 3 ½ tsp

KAMMUN BLEND: 4 ½ tsp

QARFA BLEND: 1 ½ tsp

SUMAK BLEND: 1 ½ tsp
