  • 2 medium onions - thinly sliced (about 300-400g prepared weight)
  • 25g bunch of coriander - roughly chopped
  • 125g plain flour or us gram (chickpea flour)
  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)
