  • 4 small chicken breasts or turkey breasts - butterflied or flattened out to a fairly even thickness or use whole field mushrooms for a veg version
  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 1 avocado - thinly sliced
  • 100g radishes (optional) - thinly sliced
  • A handful of coriander (optional) - roughly chopped
  • 2 oranges - peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 grapefruit (any colour) - peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lime - zested then halved for juicing
