Inspired by a meal at the fabulous Honey & Smoke restaurant in London, this easy dish looks and tastes far more impressive than the effort involved and number of ingredients might suggest. The sweet, spicy roasted pumpkin with a rich, creamy toasted almond sauce is a lovely combination at this time of year.
