  • 1 egg (any size) - beaten
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp sesame oil or use sunflower or vegetable oil
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)
