These noodles are in fact a Cantonese creation rather than from Singapore, and they're extremely popular in Hong Kong tea houses as well as being a favourite in Chinese takeaways in the UK. They’re a delicious jumble of vermicelli noodles, pork, prawns, peppers, beansprouts and egg all flavoured with spicy Indian curry powder.
