This month we're putting a smoky Taco Legend twist on a high street favourite - piri piri chicken. Our CHIPOTLE BLEND adds all the fabulous scent and flavour of the barbeque, without any of the hassle - although you can of course cook the whole dish on the bbq for an even smokier flavour if the weather permits!

Shopping List

  • 4 chicken legs - slashed through to the bone a few times, or use 4 x corn on the cobs for a veg version
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • Chips and coleslaw to serve
