What's not to love. An absolutely perfect dish for this time of year when we are starting to wonder what else we can make with our tomato gluts. I loved the trick of grating the tomato pulp. This was an incredibly satisfying meat free dish. The butter really added a sense of luxury and I cant wait to make some for my vegetarian buddy. Thank you guys. The club recipies are always so perfectly timed for the season. Delicious.

That's so great to hear, Debbie - I hope your friend loves it as much as you did! Thanks again for sharing a fabulous photo!

I think I did something wrong as this has been my one and only Spicery disaster in many years!! I'll try it again with less soy sauce as it was just too overpowering and lost the taste of the tomato completely.

Oh no, sorry to hear this one didn't turn out well. We'll take a look another look at this recipe. Let us know how you get on if you cook it again with less soy sauce.
