  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • 10g bunch of coriander (optional)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 50g peanuts or cashews (roasted and salted are fine)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tsp sugar
