Tabbouleh is a delicious parsley salad from the Levant, made more substantial with a little bulgur wheat and freshened up with tomato and lemon. It’s a key part of any mezze spread, and while the amount of parsley involved seems absolutely enormous when you’re making it, once it’s chopped it all comes together perfectly!
