Taco Legend World Tour Cookbook

Taco Legend World Tour is a voyage of discovery through America’s Southwestern states and much further afield, as we explore how the world has gone mad for Mexican flavours, and how international influences have become part of modern Mexican food (the blends are not included with this product).

This book contains over 80 recipes for some of the Mexican (and Tex-Mex) food you may already know and love, plus many more unusual and delicious discoveries from around the world. From cowboy caviar to Cajun blackened fish and cornbread with honey butter, birria ramen to burrito bowls and beer-soaked borracho beans, Sonoran hot dogs to sweet sopaipillas and salted caramel apple nachos - there’s a whole world of wonderful flavours to discover here and add to your Taco Legend repertoire!

Not a Taco Legend yet? Our Cookbook Kits include the Taco Legend Blends in individual stackable storage tins, as well as the Cookbook, a teaspoon and bookmarks!

1st attempt from my Xmas present Legend kit. Loved the simplicity of the recipe, yet still big on flavour. Went for the ‘goes great with…’ suggestions and so happy with how it all turned out. Flicking through the pages to see what is next

This was a total winner for our family. We love Japanese and Mexican food but had never thought that crossover would be so delicious! Had run out of pickled ginger so we made our own which was a game changer, so easy and so worth it.

We don't use the new taco book as much as the first one, but this recipe was a big Yes from us. I invested in a really good cut of steak that we could cook nice and rare. Gently spicy on a sizzling bed of sweet peppers. It went really well with wrap...

We used rib eye for our beef fajitas. We could have cooked our steak for a couple if minutes less but it was still tender and juicy so we definitely got away with it.

I was super fascinated by a Mexican/Japanese fusion, both styles I love and they combined for just the most amazing meal! Brilliant variation on Rice (wholegrain sushi) and Mince (Chipotle AND Soy Sauce? - winning). Will be having plenty more times again
