Tacos are sold all over Mexico, and eaten every day from breakfast time to the middle of the night. You can make a taco from virtually anything, so feel free to mix and match any combination of fillings and salsas in this book. Just bear in mind it's important to have as much contrast in colour, texture and flavour as possible to get the best taco!
