Shopping List

  • 500g beef mince or a mix of beef and pork mince
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pepper (any colour)
  • 20g butter
  • 110ml milk (any type)
  • 80g cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (any size)
  • 400g tin of tomatoes
  • 125g uncooked fine or medium polenta or use semolina or cornmeal
  • 25g self-raising flour or use plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder added
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 stock cube (beef is best but any type is fine)

ANCHO BLEND: 4 tsp

CANELA BLEND: 2 tsp

CHIPOTLE BLEND: 2 ½ tsp

ORÉGANO BLEND: 3 tsp
