We always take a Spicery curry with us when we go away. This time, our 13 year old son chose Tandoori chicken pilau with a challenge to cook the chicken on the BBQ. This was an absolute success. We especially loved the cheeky kick in the raita. Delicious as always. Our Spicery meal was the highlight meal of our camping trip.

This looks great Vikki, we're very impressed with your camping meal, well done to you and your son!

Yummy platter for 2. Went down a treat. I should have put a spoon there for scale as it was a very big dish. Very easy to make complex flavour sensation. Thank you spicery. Another 'chef's special' Flavoursome Friday treat. Partner said it tasted like the restaurant but was better because it was made from scratch at home. My fave was Tandoori Chicken. His fave was the Ceylon and Spinach. Like Jack Spratt and his wife we left the platter clean.
