Shopping List

  • 4 chicken legs or large thighs (or use large cauliflower florets plus 30g butter for a veg version)
  • 500g new potatoes
  • 3 peppers (any colour)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove of garlic
  • 20g bunch of mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 300g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 20g sugar
