  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 2 tsp
  • 226g approx. paneer cheese - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
