The chicken in this simple traybake is ‘smothered’ in tomato salsa which gives a lovely tangy and slightly spicy flavour, mellowed by the cheese and sour cream. It’s incredibly easy to make and will hopefully become a family favourite in your house!

  • 2 tbsp sliced jalapenos (optional)
