Tomato Coconut Chutney

This mild, fresh chutney from South India is a delicious contrast to more familiar cooked, sweet fruit chutneys. It works really well served with rich, creamy curries or grilled tikka or tandoori dishes, and is topped here with a simple tarka of JEERA blend-infused oil which adds a really nice texture and nutty flavour.
