Tomato Pilaf

Tomato pilaf is a classic Turkish dish where as well as the obvious addition of tomatoes, much of the colour and flavour is from the addition of pul biber, or Turkish chilli flakes such as those in our BIBER BLEND. It’s particularly good when made with bulgur rather than rice for a more interesting flavour and texture.
