Turkish Eggs

Turkish Eggs

This opulent method of serving eggs is the perfect weekend breakfast or brunch dish, and apparently was enjoyed by Ottoman sultans as long ago as the 15th century. The egg yolks mixed with the rich, creamy yogurt and hot spicy butter is a fabulous combination and makes a very simple meal feel very luxurious!
