Vinegar Slaw

Vinegar slaw tends to be mayonnaise-free and is often served in America as a way of freshening up a meal and adding a burst of colour. We recommend using red cabbage and radishes as these give such a spectacularly vibrant colour and contrast with the green coriander, but you can use any combination of crunchy veg you prefer.
