Whipped Feta & Herb Dip

Here we've got a fresh and vibrant green herb dip for raw spring veg or toasted pitta breads. The rich, salty feta cheese together with the fresh herbs, garlic and Mezze Legend spices is a lovely combination, and this dip is so easy to make you'll probably return time and again to make it over the summer!

  • 30g bunch of soft herbs (eg mint, parsley, coriander, dill etc) - roughly chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • ½ lemon
  • 200g feta cheese - crumbled
  • 30g nuts (eg almonds, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts etc) - any type is fine! - roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp good quality olive oil
  • Raw veg or toasted pitta bread to serve
