Shopping List

  • 500g firm-fleshed fish fillets - cut into large bite-size pieces
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot - peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small pepper (any colour) - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 2 medium tomatoes - roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon 
  • 400ml full fat coconut milk
