Ants Climbing a Tree Noodles

The quirky name of this dish comes from its appearance where the little bits of mince (the ants) look like they're climbing a tree branch (the vermicelli noodles). It's easy to make and the rich heat from the LA JIAO BLEND and MA LA BLEND gives a lovely depth of flavour, with a seriously spicy kick!

To make this recipe, you'll need:

BADIAN BLEND: ⅛ tsp

LA JIAO BLEND: 1 ½ tsp

MA LA BLEND: 1 ½ tsp

This was really easy to make. I used a chilli paste rather than miso, so it was quite hot. It was full of flavour and we will definitely make it again

A very tasty easy meal to make - and one that I will be making again and again. I love trying new recipes, and our repertoire has increased so much since discovering all the Spicery meals.
