Pepper was the driving force for the age of exploration when European adventurers made epic journeys in search of the mystical, faraway lands that produced this fantastic spice.
Uses

Best if ground or crushed as closely as possible to the time of eating, grind over virtually any food whether sweet or savoury. Pepper is as much a complement to fruit as steaks.
